The hotel provides convenient access to the city center via a readily available bus service. It's approximately 30 minutes to the Duomo. The room included necessary amenities. It had a comfortable bed, functional shower, clean towels, and a working elevator. A complimentary breakfast was available. It featured cereal, croissants, juice, and coffee. Room cleaning occurred daily.
I found the walls offered little sound insulation. This caused some noise disturbances at times.

The reception was manned AT ALL times. The reception staff responded promptly to requests. They addressed my inquiries efficiently and courteously, very helpful. The breakfast area was kept tidy. This facilitated a smooth experience.

the staff was amazingly good. they have elevator access, that was very practical. my room was pretty big, i enjoyed that a lot.
the walls are very thin, this made it quite noisy at times. the beds are two pushed together, not the most comfortable. i also found no way of controlling temperature inside my room, it was quite cold.
